1. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

- The

check-in takes place at 3:00 pm, however, Adra Hostel can have flexibility and allow entry before the time if we have availability.

-Departure time is 12:00 PM. If you do not leave on time, the Hostel may charge 50% of the daily rate depending on the type of room in which you are staying.

- You will be asked for your DPI ID or Passport. The Hostel will take a copy of your ID for registration.

2. USE OF BEDS

- ONE bed per person please. If you use another bed for any reason, we will have to charge you the cost of the bed.

3. ARTICLES / AMENITIES

-  If you need any of the complementary items

such as hair dryer or hair iron, we can provide it at the reception. If it is returned damaged, we will have to charge you the cost of it (Hair dryer Q300.00; hair iron Q800.00 or $100).

- We offer an extra poncho for free. Please ask at the reception if you need one.  If you require more than one it is Q15.00.

- Towels are charged extra. The cost is Q25.00 or $ 3.00.

When renting the towel, you must return it to reception at the end of your stay. I the towel has a stain (ink or makeup, for example), you will be charged $30.00

- If you need an extra pillow, ask at the reception, the price is Q15.00. Please note that if you take it from another bed, you will be charged Q15.00 per item.

- If you spot the sheets, blankets, or pillow with makeup or any other type of stain, the estimated value for the damage of the article will be charged.

4. BEHAVIOUR POLICIES & PENALTIES

* Out of respect for you and mainly other guests, sexual acts are not allowed inside

the hostel’s dormitory, internal bathrooms and communal bathrooms

- Drug use is not allowed, in case a guest does, the hostel reserves the right to expel him from the establishment without refund for the services requested.

- Smoking is not allowed in the corridors of the Hostel and nowhere in the room.

(Smoking is only ALLOWED in the garden area exclusively).

- Please limit the amount of noise after 10:00 pm.

- Lost private room or locker key will have a charge of $12.00 = Q.78.00.

-  Guests and guests should behave in a

reasonable and responsible manner in the hostel and should not act in a manner

that may disturb other guests. Violence is not allowed, if a guest enters drunk

and depending on their behavior, the Hostel may be flexible allowing you to

enter, otherwise and if you incur physically or verbally assaulting another

guest, customer or employee, the Hostel reserves the right to expel you from the

establishment without any refund for the accommodation services purchased.  

- Food or beverages are not allowed inside dormitories or private rooms or in the

surroundings of the restaurant

- If you damage any furniture or facilities

of the Hostel, you will be charged for its replacement or repair.

- If you vomit in the bedroom/ bed, the

penalty is $100.00 = Q.780.00

- If you vomit in the shower, the penalty

is $50.00 = Q.351.00

- If you vomit outside the bathroom, corridors or any other area of the

hostel, the penalty is $20=Q150.

5. VISITS AND CELEBRATIONS.

- For the safety of our guests, visitors are only allowed at the reception or in any

other common area of the Hostel. Visitors must respect the hostel schedule:

7:00am - 10:00pm.

-If you want to have a celebration you must inform the hostel at least 3 days before,

otherwise it will not be allowed.

6. SHOWERS

-Showers are not allowed in the communal dormitories after 9:00pm, out of

respect for the guests who are located in front of the lockers. If necessary,

you can use the showers in the common area at any time, located outside the

bedrooms.

7. FORGOTTEN ITEMS

- The hostel is not responsible for any items lost or forgotten within the beds,

locker or any other area of the dormitories, private rooms or common areas

8. RESERVATIONS AND GROUPS

- If you have a reservation for 2 or more nights and wish to leave the Hostel before

the departure date, there will be no refund.

-If you want to stay an extra night, you should inform us during the morning to check

if we have availability.

- For reservations under the same name in groups of 4 people and above, a deposit

will be requested via credit card or cash in the amount of $320.00 = Q.2,500.00. This will only be as a guarantee for any damage they may cause during

the group’s stay.

9. PETS

- No pets are allowed inside the rooms. Only small and medium pets under the responsibility of the owner.

inside the premises without your supervision
